WICHTIGE BUCHUNGSINFOS
Checkin and Checkout
Our apartments are usually ready for checkin at 16:00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of checkout please leave your apartment before 9:30 in the morning. Cleaning of the apartments takes all day and the cleaning staff needs to get into the rooms at that point.
Payment & Booking
After receiving your booking confirmation we ask you to pay 30% of the total price to our bank account by IBAN bank transfer within 14 days
Please note booking code, Name and date of arrival on your bank transfer.
The rest of the amount needs to be payed in full and in advance 30 days prior to your stay by bank transfer.

pets
We’ve had too many problems with dirty and wet dogs plus we want to be friendly to those being allergic, unfortunately we do not allow pets.
local tax
The local tax will be charged for guests 16 years old and older and is € 2,60 per person and day .
parking
You can bring one car and park it free of charge in front of the building.
smoking
Our apartments are non smoking apartments and smoking is banned in the building, except for the balconies if you don’t disturb other guests.
our fair cancellation policy
Cancellation prior to 3 months of your arrival date is free of charge.
If you cancel after that, a cancellation fee of 100% of your charges will be charged.
However, we’ll try to rent out the rooms again immediately through all channels and if successfull we’ll deduct the income generated from that from your total price which might reduce your cancellation fee significantly.
Thus the cancellation fee is at maximum 100%, if we’re lucky you’ll only be charged with an administrative fee of 80€. The local tax will be refunded no matter what.
